Hunters: Kill lowbies/afkers in towns with guards

First off, you gotta go BM
Then go tame a chimera, doesn't really matter which one 'cause I'm pretty sure they all have the ability
Walk up to a lowbie/afker (high levels take forever to kill fyi) and use the pet attack Froststorm Breath - Spell - World of Warcraft

It doesn't do too much damage, around 3k every 2 seconds, but it won't aggro the guards or anything. Kinda like the druid mushroom trick, just not as much damage :P

PS. Don't try it with a water elemental, it doesn't work, trust me

Perhaps a faster alternative;
1 - Kill it and FD before guards kill you. Reset the guards and wait for FD to come off CD - rinse repeat if there afk
2 - Send your pet in and run away kiting guards making sure you don't despawn your pet with range issues.

OR just use eyes of the beast from safe distance, own the lowbies, then dismiss pet before it dies

And FD / Vanish / any other drop combat move hasn't stopped guards from attacking you since like 1.7 or something. Wow.
