Confirmed is it working as intended.. The only thing i can not confirm is how long you actually stay in the game for. I was able to log onto another toon and watch a friend go nuts and do no damage at all. This might be cool with a hunter and MD/FD. But only if the tank can stay in game long enough before actually despawning.

Some things to remember as well.

Vault last 6 mins and can not be cast in combat.
U can not attack or gain more aggro while DC'd (Anyone else who does damage/heal will most likely pull aggro)
You will not be logged in forever. There are time restrictions on what you can do.

ok guys i just tried it out with a friend of mine duelling me
and its confirmed! He kept pounding on me while doing no damage at all.
you stay in the game after the DC for about 3 minutes.
Then miraculously all the abilities he kept spamming came at once and my char vanished.

ill try it tomorrow on some 5man bosses. its late here in eu :/

Works sometimes, but i just used it on a wipe to test it in raid setting (worked earlier without fully DCing me), and insta dc'd, my char vanished immediately, and now cannot log on him because it says "a character with that name already exists".

umm try alt-f4ing a few times, did some searching and it fixed some peoples clients; idk the relevance, not tech savvy to that extreme.

I would personally just try clearing out the cache and doing the above in hopefully non-futile attempts.

Ya, I just tried this in a duel as well, pretty funny logging in my 2nd account and see myself just standing there taking zero damage lol... BUT, I logged in BEFORE I got completely disconnected and BAM, like all of his damage hit me at once and I died... So, make sure this is on a boss fight where you have enough threat for a min or two... or where threat is unnecessary, and use it... Pretty awesome/

I noticed some dmg still goes through. Dots will continue dmg until they run out, and warlock pets still have a chance to hit. One of my guildies used this in a duel with my lock and my succ was hitting him maybe 1 in 15 swings when he was DC'd.

Thats why you drop the mobile bank then pull the boss to where you dropped it,some fights like chimaeron and cho'gall you can get in position right next to the boss and just set the bank where you start the encounter
