Not an exploit because you're just playing the game as intended. It may be retarded on Blizzard's end to allow this, but you are not exploiting in the slightest by performing it.

Of course this is intended. Atm (4.0.3) you can do 7.2 KS, revealing strike will get buffed, so 9 sec should be possible yes. But it won't be a big issue since combat sucks for PvP. End of discussion.

So what you can do with this is build 5cp on one target(in an arena or bg presumably) run near a healer or a cc target and spam this macro. It will transfer all your cp to the cc target and then sit them in a 9 second stun ASSUMING YOU HAVE THE REVEALING STRIKE BUFF CURRENTLY ON YOUR CHARACTER AND 5CP SAVED UP.

RS is a debuff on a person, not a buff on you.

I don't like "working as intended" posts, but this is clearly intended, does exactly what the ability say. At best you can say it's overpowered, but no one plays combat for PvP in first place
