[Eternal Belt Buckle] still working on ilvl 300+ belts!!

So, in Cataclysm you were supposed to only be able to use the -new- blacksmithing buckle on ilvl 300+ belts. The main problem with this is that they cost ~300g (at least on my server).

When I was preparing for power-grinding to lvl 85 on day 1, I stocked up on a number of the WotLK belt buckles, and just used them on my gear. I didn't even notice that it wasn't supposed to work until someone mentioned that they were able to craft the new ones.

This has been confirmed by a number of my friends and guildmates.
