11 chars on one server

As you know, there is a maximum of 10 chars on each server with one account. But I've found a way to have more than that.


1. Make sure you have less than 10 characters on the server of your choice.
2. Use Paid Character Transfer to transfer a character to this server.
3. Now in the time of validation you have time to create up to 10 character on the server you are transferring to.
4. The Transfer will complete and you will have 11 characters (with the one from Paid Character Transfer) on one server with one account.

Only tested with 11 chars, but will probably work with even more.
Edit: Ok, as powerblaze pointed out, you can only transfer once every 3 days. So 11 characters is the maximum.

Also you can only xfer 1 character once every 3 days.

Before someone asks: Unfortunately I didn't make a screenshot when I got my 11 characters and deleted one of them shortly after. I'm not willing to pay 20€ just to give you a screen, but if someone here wants to do a character transfer anyway, please follow these steps and post a screenshot for proof to the others.

This don't work if you have 10 characters and try to transfer it you will get that its not eligible for a transfer.

as I said, you need to create your 10th char after you initiated the transferring process. That way you will end up with that newly made character plus your transferred one as the 11th character (a scroll bar on the right will be added for that)

I haven't tried more than one transfer at a time, but it could work. Maybe someone reading this is planing on transferring multiple chars and could try it.

When you have a low screen resolution you also have a scrollbar for the 10th char.

There was an offical Blizzard survey where they asked if you would be interested in the option to buy additional character slots.

The scrollbar is for internal testing where they have more than 10 characters per realm and as someone said, low resolutions where you get a scrollbar at a certain amount of characters. It has nothing to do with the possibility of extra char slots, and has been in-game longer than those plans existed afaik.

You can transfer more than one character every 3 days, you can just only transfer the same character once every 3 days.

So yeah, you could probably do this with multiple characters aswell. Ive transferred 3 characters all at once before.
