Travel to the Wetlands.

Go to the water place close of Menethil Harbor.

Just farm Harbor Shredfin - NPC - World of Warcraft
here and skin them!
Most of the time you’ll get Light Leather and Medium leather
however there’s quite a good chance to get Cataclysm leather materials such as
Savage Leather and Deepsea Scales. And if you are really lucky,
you may even get Pristine Hide,
which is an equivalent of WOTLK’s Arctic Fur.

Not 100% if anyone else have posted this before but this does really work.

I farmed up about 200 leathers before the expansion release and it was all gleefully taken from me by a GM before I could use it.
