doesnt work and have never worked, ive actually mined this and the other schnottz veins for the xp/skillup when levling mining... never grants skillup nor xp twice, just a waste of time.

It wasn't hotfixed. The phased nodes have been present since the release of Cata. I have found many of these nodes that you are able to get to and click on but when it phases while you are mining it you just get the XP and the skill up.... The first time.

You get no benefit from mining it multiple times as you are still on a CD for it. Think the skinning bug. You could do the same thing with enough veins or herbs in the same place but it takes a few minutes for the reset to happen.

this happens to allot of nodes that spawn in fased areas. You can see them from a distance but once you come close to them and actualy enter the fased zone it will fade away because it spawned in a different fase than you are currently in. If you are fast enough you are able to click it and get XP/skillup credit from it but you wont be able to loot the node itself. These nodes spawn all acros the world and are not limited to uldum only. Personlay ive seen them spawn in MH/TH aswell.
