As soon as I got out of EOTS I spammed join battle for another game and it q'd me for 2 games I left one and spammed again thats why their are 2 different times Ill test it again after another game.

Try this:
When the game ends, and the score table is up, close that window, and open the battlegrounds window (the window with the "Join Battle" button), then type
/script WorldStateScoreFrameLeaveButton:Click();PVPFrameLeftButton:Click();

Basically an automated version of what you're telling me. Probably won't work but worth a shot.

You are supposed to get 2 different bg ques but it have been bugging since cata launch

This happened to me by accident, and I'm pretty sure one of the queues is bugged and will never pop. Also, you need to re-log in order to fix the bugged queue.
