[Faction change] +5 Tabards (even more from PvP i think) for the achievement

The Tabards of the Citys, OG, SW and co. counting even if you faction change and get the tabards of the other faction, they will count too.

Its maybe not much, but if you want to faction change its maybe usefull for you
