During the System Failure of the Bile-o-tron the raid is assembled in front of the boss the split the damage of Caustic Slime:
Use your pets to split the damage (common sense)
Use things like Cardboard Assassin (tip)
Use Pendant of the Scarab Storm (exploit)

Yeah right the Item is on a long cooldown but if you use it in a good way these little 30 scarabs could help you

If this does work and you happen to have someone in your group with this item, it could probably save the healers a lot of hassle if used at the proper moment. Nice find, and +rep if/when confirmed.

Anything that's able to take a little bit of dmg helps for this purpose, ie the mechanical yeti also works.
