Fly in azeroth/train archaeology without CATA

You can sign up for a 10 day free trial for CATA and after it expires you still can use your flying mount in Azeroth (after you trained it ofc), and still use the Archaeology skill. They will lock your Goblin or Worgen characters though.

I posted this since I personally 100% confirmed this to work. They will not be grayed out. At the time I posted this I just got a skill up from archaeology as I flew around azeroth with my flying mount and with my cata trial that ran out weeks ago.

Other things that still work after the trial period:
80+ characters are still playable but cannot do CATA instances or interact with cata zone quests. (Confirmed by someone else)
Cata zones can still be visited. You can mine/herb nodes in there, etc. (I don't really have a 80 toon to distinguish what you can do without cata).
Trade skills pass 450 can still be trained and is eligible for skill up only if you trained the trade skill de-limiter (eg, journeyman, master, etc.). Cata (450+) delimiters will disappear from the trainer after the trial expires so train it before your trial runs out.
