Here is what I found a few days ago. Infinite Elementium Ingot.

Well, you know what this is. Get 10 of these + a few other things, and bam, Thunderfury

So here is the trick. As you may know, Elementium Ingot drop on Blackwing Technicians

With a rogue, a hunter or something like that, pull a pack of them. Kill all the technician (loot them).
Reset your aggro (night elve's vanish doesn't work), anyway you want (In the worst case, if you can't reset your agro, just pull a lot of mobs, focus technicians, drop them and die).
The summoned mobs (the blackwing warlocks are summoning mobs) will stay attacking you. Kill them.

This done, the entire pack is back, and you can kill the technicians again. And again, and again. With each time the possibility to drop the Elementium Ingot.
It can easily be sold 1k gold per Ingot, in most of the servers, I think.

This has been posted already and this is more of a guide. Also...unless you are hacking, you cant get to them without killing the bosses before them. If you kill the bosses before them, there will be a limit on the ingots that drop in total per reset period.
