While MMOwned may not filter Blizzard IPs, it isn't very hard to block them. Just an example, there is a program named PeerBlock, that blocks peers when torrenting based on their IP, and it has a list of IPs and the companies they're registered to. It actually blocks Blizzard by default, I had to allow it to connect to WoW.

So there is a magical list with every blizzard employee's work/home/static/vpn IP address?

Blizzard can get on this site as donator if they want, its a simple fact that everyone should accept to get people to stop crap posting; MOVE PLOX I LOOKED AT IT ALREADY AMG HURRYZZZ AHHHHH. It just really makes me mad I have to scroll through an entire page of poop before reading anything remotely helpful.
