Simply land on top of water in Swiftflight Form, exit Swiftflight Form, and you wont fall through the surface! If you move, it will break the water walking though.

Working as intended, and that doesnt even classify as water walking. Furthermore, anyone can do this with any flier.

Besides this would be useless anyways. If you have the glyph of aquatic form, if you can swim Epic mount speed. :P
