3. Call billing and request them to send your character back. (You can make up any excuse..Mine was "I couldn't cancel it in time")

Or just create a character on the server you want to move to with the same name as the character you want to move.
Common sence, not an exploit and old as WoW itself.

Not an exploit and it is also not GM EXPLOIT, you will not need to ask GM for a name change because your character will be just given "randomnameholder12375735" and when you try to login first time into the game you will be prompted to enter new desired name.

You can delete your character, tell friend to make few characters with same name. As if it was "Killer", then ask him to make "Killer, Killerr" because sometimes they change it to similar. Make GM ticket on 1 lvl, say you deleted wrong character accidently and ask if they could they restore it.

I'm not 100% if this still works, it used to few years ago.
