Grind Therazane Rep Up to (probably) friendly before doing quests

There are mobs in Twilight Highlands that do this as well. They are in the Ruins of Drakgor. This may be a special case scenario, I have no other toons to test with atm. I'm not afraid to get throwaway accounts banned :-p Anyhow, I have done quests in Deepholm up to Hatred Runs Deep and Unsolid Ground. I have accepted those quests but have not completed them. Currently 12680/36000 with Therazane.

It would be avaible to get Therazane tabard to twinks? If somebody could test if you get rep in Ruins of Drakgor after neutral.
