Gift of the Naaru broken on some NPCs

I did not discover this, I recently saw it on mmo-champion and decided to repost here, I searched for it, yielded no results whatsoever.


Gift of the Naaru - Spell - World of Warcraft was changed in 4.0.6, it now heals for 20% of whoevers health it is casted on, you can heal Dreamwalker to full in a matter of seconds with it, and get an automatic achievment.
