During the Vanessa VanCleef encounter in Heroic Deadmines, it is possible to 'bug' her and allow your group to regain full mana and health before reengaging. When you use the rope swings to fly to the other side, have 4 of the group members use the rope and 1 group member drop to the bottom of the boat. The group member needs to then run back to the top by running on the rail of the ship, to avoid as much damage as possible. [Due to the high damage of the fire that you will need to run through to rejoin the group, the group member that drops down needs some sort of damage mitigation tool.]

When the group is ready to reengage Vanessa, have any group member use the remaining rope swing and then reengage Vanessa. Warning, if any member stands outside the normal fighting area when you reengage Vanessa, such as behind the flames on the ramp up to the boat, she will bug out and reset.

This isn't needed. You can have all five members swing on the rope and she won't re-engage until you get close to her.
