[Heroics] Increase item level by 13!

Having the item Iceblade Arrow - Item - World of Warcraft [Iceblade Arrow] within your bags will increase your average item level by 13, meaning that you can go to heroics earlier.
If you also have Shatter Rounds - Item - World of Warcraft at the same time within your bags, this will increase your AIL more-so (:
