[My Very Own Broodmother!]
This achivement is completed when you complete the quest The Restless Brood within 90 seconds of using the provided Stonework Mallet on the stone to start the event to battle the broodmother.

What you can do to get the achivement is just use your Stonework Mallet on the stone again after defeating the broodmother.

If the hammer disapears from the objectives list look for it in your bags.

This seems to happen because the counter for the achivement resets everytime you hit the rock, even after defeating the broodmother.

found another easy way, start the quest, then have a friend kill the broodmother while you drop quest and run back and pick it up again, youll get credit for the dragon submiting, then you can just run back and hit the crystal and go turn in.
