Bugged enchantment (Mending)

Well i did put Mending on my new Weapon and after a couple of Minutes i noticed that i always got the buff "Hurricane" that gives 450 Haste... after a couple of minutes googling i found out that this is meant to be a weapon enchant for itself ... well so now ive got a weapon that sometimes heals me and sometimes also grants 450 haste.

Tested this with several chars now and always was the same i get the effect from mending itself and sometimes the hurricane proc.

May not be something big but well it may be handy for someone atleast ^^


Short Version:
1. Get Weapon you want to enchant
2. Put Mending on it
3. Profit

well now that i dont know, enchant mending says only from "damage" but the enchant Hurricane works with both by "plain" casting or melee damage maybe they mixed that completely up so it might work but i doubt it, me thinks that they just f*cked up the proc "ability of this enchant but not how it is triggered, only tested this with melee and caster dd so far.

just tested it by spamming a heal spell on me like 50 times, and had not a single proc, so this works only when dealing damage.

• Enchant Weapon - Mending no longer gives haste when it procs on attacks or spells. Now, it just gives the proper heal.
