Step 1 - Duel the toon you want to flag for PVP
Step 2 - Let him attack you a few times, while he's attacking /forfeit
Step 3 - If he was slow enough not to stop attacking (Most people will be), then he's now flagged for PVP.
Enjoy!

What if you're Blueflagged? Also, i thought they hotfixed this (because this is pretty Old)
Really old trick. another trick is to flag pvp right before the duel starts. If the guy was spamming abilities to attack he'll start before the duel actually begins and flag as well. Don't know if that still works
And sorry to say this is a repost as well

Yeah, I could've sworn they had fotfixed this and it really seems more like a "useless" than an exploit. Another way that was fixed was to flag yourself and jump inside their AOE but now your AOE's don't affect enemy faction players if you're not flagged. =\
Used to love doing this in early tbc, especially in gadgetzan.
All the more funny being low level dueling a 70 and timing the forfeit, watching all the guards pile them and kill them.
repost of a repost of a repost of a repost of a repost of a repost of the oldest thing ever
Old trick.
I use this all the time, but it is pretty well known if you're into ganking/world pvp..
How is that an exploit?
It's not a glitch to /forfeit in a duel.
