I'm wondering why this thread is needed. There are at least two threads that already cover this, and the first one has been constantly updated with the new mobs that drop the new cata leather.

I don't want to come off as rude but it seems like a bad attempt to get some rep.

Doesnt sound like a very reasonable reason to neg rep someone, he was trying to contribute something atleast.

He didn't do his research properly and reposted something that was already out there and on the first page. He should have rechecked the other thread before posting this one.

Once that was pointed out he should have just let it go. He said he wasn't concerned with gaining rep, but he sure cares if he loses it.

Ummm... maybe to make sure you are not posting something that has been said already. It is the job of the poster to make sure they use due diligence to search to make sure that they are not reposting. You said you knew about the other threads, so why not check them before you post.
