Deepholm Cloth and Greens Quest

Evening there, long time lurker first time poster.

Whilst leveling i've come to the quest Undying Twilight:http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26875

Whilst killing the mobs, i've noticed that they have an infinite respawn timer, frequently drop cloth and greens (as well as a few silver) and only have to be tagged to get the loot while the npc's kill them for you (unfortunatly no exp)

Could be working as intended or not an exploit but it's going to help me with my tailoring and enchanting nicely and i hope it might help someone else.
