Buying 85 BoE items

You are able to buy level 85 BoE items from the level 85 vendor. I am sure this is a bug because you aren't able to purchase any of the other level 85 items from the vendor. Great way to spend your justice points ahead of time so you can farm more for the 85 pieces that are BoP

The level 85 vendors I am talking about are the Justice Points vendors in Orgrimmar http://www.wowhead.com/npc=46555 and in Stormwind http://www.wowhead.com/npc=44246

There are a few items. Such as.

Doesn't work for me, I tried each item and currently capped. I keep getting "You must reach lvl85 to purchase that item."

Even if you did do it earlier, it must be hotfixed now. Just tried, said Requires lvl 85
