In the quest Trial by Magma you have to kill Magma Lord Kolob. Upon death he awards 300 Rep with your tabard's city. You will need to drop the quest each kill.

Edit: Rep may be reduced if gray.(Tested on 54 alt)

2. go nuke the mob with tabard on
3. delete q
4. go get it again
5 repeat!
