mage: spellstealable buff / immune against some forms of cc

since 4.0.3a the instance deadmines has changed alot, now the Defias Envoker will buff theirselves with a buff called "Envoker's Shield". if you spellsteal this buff as a mage, you'll be immune to some forms of crowd control like Polymorph,Cyclone and other spells that root targets.

well do you call things like, op spellstealable buffs who allow you to be immune against many forms of cc, working as intended?
I don't think that a 2 minutes durationbuff which makes you immune to much CC is working as intended!

It probably is, there's a reason why spellsteal is only 2 minutes.

They can be mind controlled, but can not cast Envoker's Shield. They do cast Renegade Strength - Spell - World of Warcraft which gives +500% health and some other stuff, the heroic version only gives +300% according to wowhead, but it's channeled.
