I reread this whole page maybe 4 times, and i'm still not sure what is being said. Possibly less numbering and more details...it's almost as if you're assuming we all know what you're talking about, and you're working around an already known structure of "exploitation" knowledge

Basically he's saying disconnect yourself from the internet for a second, move to where you want then connect yourself to the internet. You should connect back to the internet before the game realizes you're DCed. I do this in EOTS so I can cap the flag before anyone even gets there.
My laptop makes it really easy to do this since it has a switch on the side to turn my internet on or of.
You can only be disconnected for max 10 secs before you get booted off the game

if you run a torrent or keep your latency high, you can gain an extra 5-10 seconds of interpolated time
can use this to skip through trash with a hunter that tamed an immortal pet, and then procede to solo a bosswith said pet,
aside from that and sort of obvious pvp exploiting, there isnt a ton of value because no mans land triggers anywhere in the zones now.
