Idea: People on this mount stay mounted indoors, AND through portals. I think it would be really cool if 25 people mounted up on these, went to Northrend and flew straight to final raid bosses.

Edit: Weird, it works inside of WC, but not in ZF. Maybe it only works on instances where it doesn't check to see if you're mounted.

Since nightelfs are given a whisp form that flys when they die, when they resurrect they can fly without a mount (they aren't considered mounted), this also allows them to attack while flying and running at mounted speed.

Worked like a charm, twice, but now I can't seem reproduce it. Hotfix already ?

nvm what I said. didn't seem to work in Uldum yesterday, but I tried again in Hyjal a few minutes ago and it did work. Maybe I was too tired at past 3 am, and screwed up somehow.

Anyway what is this thread still doing in a public forum ? :/

Confirmed this is still working as of this post. Flew all the way down to tanaris. You can get into Uldum a *little* but it ports you out and dismounts you (as expected). Tried down there but when it mounts you, you get ported out and lose it. It appears there may be another entrance to the west of the gate.. but its not, just mountains. Maybe if you swam around? I don't have this much free time though >.<

Watch where you fly, it dropped me over Badlands and Searing Gorge, pain to head back. Set my hearth to Everlook till they fix this.
