Fuse Exploit Method - Make your character a passenger mount!

    Howdy.

We found how to do the "fuse exploit" from that video that RaoV video which didn't share how to do anything. It's pretty easy to replicate, but has some unusual requirements. I'm fairly sure this isn't the method they used, but hopefully someone can use this information to find other methods.

    1. First, you need a player to begin casting a wand or blossoming branch on you while you are mounting the passenger rocket from Recruit-a-Friend. This will give them the shapeshift form while on their passenger mount.

    2. Take the rocket to Krasus's landing and attempt to fly, you won't be able to because it will not transition you to the flying version of the mount while you are shapeshifted. Instead, it will "dismount" you but not remove the vehicle properties. You, and anyone at krasus's, will still see you on your mount until you go out of range and back again (or /reload).

    3. You are now a mount which can cast, move, and anything but mount!

Weird Discovery: We haven't done much testing, but it appears your passenger will be ported with you if you open a deathgate and go through it.

Sounds sick, but can it work without a passenger mount?

I doubt it, we have been brainstorming how to do it without the rocket mount, but our entire method relies on the transitioning from ground mount to flying mount and only 3 mounts seem to do that, and only 1 of those carry a passenger.

Only if you shared this with the raov team... You really have no clue on what it can do. Nice find though =)

Not sure if I'm misreading your comment poorly, but it comes across as if you are snappy at me for sharing a silly videogame bug with a site that has given me several fun videogame bugs.

I'm not sure what more I could want from this bug than what I already have, I am just a casual who enjoys doing weird stuff in Dalaran so people ask "omg how'd you do that?"

Dont worry, they're just a bit 'off' because you've told everyone how to do this exploit before they could

Summoning the "mount" appears to port the passenger too. We tried bringing the passenger into bg's and dungeons with no success. Either player dying has led to nothing interesting. We are going to try to summon the mount inside an instance next, but so far nothing amazing.

Our group of friends have a lot of these mounts though, and the "mount" player can ride as a passenger having a passenger of the passenger of the passenger of the passenger, which is pretty fun. There was a poster above that said the deathgate didn't work for them, but our deathknight with the mount has been offline all day so I can't try to recreate our success.

Jesus, RAoV. Yeah, you guys are good at finding exploits, but cool it. You're big shots, we get it, but the fact that you're good at this doesn't excuse your attitudes.

I was willing to sit idly by while you post teaser videos everytime you do anything of note, because I understand the feeling. I used to belong to a Halo tricking community back in Halo 1 and 2 when it was prevalent and there was a lot to do. When you find something amazing, you want to make a teaser video, or a teaser for a montage. I get it.

But it's still classless. You're deliberately getting people anxious for something that you may or may not reveal to them in the future how to do(e.g. the talent point bug). You're doing that ON a forum specifically dedicated to SHARING these exploits.

It's still something I can forgive, but now you're acting like head honchos about it. Congratulations, you are good at exploitation in a video game. Don't try to drag others down for contributing.

"Thanks for trying" is about the most pretentious thing you could say to someone just trying to share a bug that they found.
This narcissistic attitude does nothing for you guys, really. I love it when you come out with really interesting bugs. It's a cool day when I see a new video by you guys, but PLEASE don't turn into *******s because you're good at bugging a video game.

+rep to OP for contributing something cool and unique while RAoV sits on their exploits.

As a Memory Section only Reader i rarely come by in the Exploit Section.
But i have seen several of the RaoV Videos, and to be honest i have no idea whats so great about the vids.
All i see are some boring client side/ or boring exploits that do like...nothing intresting.
The only usefull exploit would be the talent bug wich in my opionion is client sided or recorded on a private server.

So these are just my 2 cents you cant start to flame now. :-)

    Kudos to the Mem Section.

You can do it without using halloween wands. Just mount up on the rocket and use an iron boot flask.
