I play in the 10-19 Bracket in Ruin. I love all the changes. Except this one.
being a part of MMowned and having the rush to be an Exploiter..Im now leveling a lvl 10 Paladin.

Just a little info on "Intended".

There are many people who configure stuff and many programmers.

1) Programmers make a mistake, a bug. Like you can land on water with mount, dismount and play Jesus. NOT intended, exploitable. Usually fixed in next patch.

2) Config guys can make a typo (like 5.6% instead of 6.5% ), that is NOT intended and exploitable. Usually fixed in some hotfix if it alters gameplay too much.

3) C-guys configure something to scale with level. They usually do it so the end game is balanced. They don't care much about level 1-79 (or 1-84 for that matter). So they set the curve of resilience scaling to be very nice for lvl 10. The change was "Intended" but the effect for lvl 10 is NOT. But they don't give a shit and won't probably fix it. I wouldn't call this "Intended", it's just broken game mechanics.

4) C-guys change one thing and forget to change the tooltip. Like the arena gear without rating. While the former was Intended, the latter was not. But we call this "Intended" altogether And they will fix the latter sooner or later.

5) C-guys do some crazy balancing that breaks the whole game. We call this patch 4.0.1 and it is Intended

Nope. I actually 100% expected most Twinks to cry the moment they couldn't kill someone in two hits.

As I don't have the PvP Heirlooms yet, I'm going to wait until Cata to see if this is still worth doing. I have a feeling it won't be, as Bliz already released a statement saying that they are aware that low levels are terribly balanced right now, and they'll get around to fixing it... eventually.

You think it's intended for a level 10 with a little bit of resil to completely annihilate players 9 levels higher with the same amount of resil. Ok.

I don't think he annihilates anyone in that video. He jumps around and lives forever. Hence the OP's remarks of them being lvl10 FC's. They just don't die.

Twinks have been playing exclusively against other twinks since patch 3.2. If it was just about pwning lowbies dont you think they all would have stopped playing when that happened?
