First, go to wintergraso, once innside wintergrasp leave wintergrasp with the leave wintergrasp button(make sure you got heartstone in dalaran!) When you get to dalaran you can see that you can mount up outside the house. Once you have mounted your flying mount go to silvermoon portal (horde) or exodar portal (alliance) and press. you will now be flying when you get there.

Works. After I left the room that I "spawn" after going through the portal, I can use my flying mount. Beware of a barrier north of silvermoon. Once you pass it, you can only get back south by landing on the bloodelf starter zone. From there flying as normal.

Where are you guys setting your Hearthstones? I'm unable to mount in Dalaran after getting teleported from Wintergrasp. My Hearthstone is set to the Legerdemain Lounge.

Edit: Please check again that it still works if you are going to post claiming so. When the latest posts in a thread point to it working, but you actually did it some time earlier, it can be very misleading. If I'm wrong and you did try again and have success, then I apologise. I cannot get this to work on EU.

I did this few minutes ago on EU so it still works. Ported to Silvermoon and flew around, used the transporter to UC where there was stuff from the battle of undercity-phasing everywhere.

Then I teleported(mage) to Orgrimmar and noticed that things from the same event was happening there, like the gathering of npc's outside the bank(still able to see other players and merchants), but the interesting part was in the throne room with Thrall. Sylvanas was there kneeling infront of Thrall just like the battle for Undercity event but there was another phased event taking place. A second Thrall was talking to Vol'Jin, Eitrigg and Garrosh about the victory in Northrend, and how he was leaving and making Garrosh warchief. I'm not in the Cataclysm beta but I assume this has something to do with that. Garrosh was even wearing the armor he has in Cataclysm.

Set my HS to Legdermaine and Sunreaver's Sanctuary, didn't work in any of them. Went to WG, clicked the Leave button, can't mount up in Dalaran and can't mount in Silvermoon. I assume it's fixed, unless I am doing something wrong.

This is fixed on EU and US.

I'm guessing this is partly why they are doing the rolling restarts? I can't test as my realm isn't back up yet

EDIT: Confirmed, not working on US anymore (Well not on my realm)

doesnt work on EU either now my DK is stuck in exodar D: anyway they prolly fixed that in the patch
