Here's how it works:


You and a friend need to join the dungeon queue for Coren Direbrew. This requires both of you are appropriate level, so get on your level 80 and find a level 80 friend (or 2box).
You NEED to be the leader of the group once you are inside BRD. The best way I've found to get this to work is to queue as a tank or a healer (even if you arent. **** it. Coren's going to blow up anyway) and select "I feel confident leading this dungeon" checkbox when you type lfd.

Join the queue and wait for the rest of the group to fill. Once the queue pops, BOTH players need to join the instance. You must both physically enter BRD.

Once you are inside, the leader is going to stay, the other is going to go log onto his low level alt. So, either have your friend go get his alt, or you pass leader to the friend and you go get your alt.

To do this, you must:

1) Leave the group. This transports you back to your hearth spot and gives you the deserter debuff. This is exactly what needs to happen -- back in BRD a window is going to pop up for the leader that says "someone left, do you want to replace?" Hit no. The person who left is now going to log out and log in on their alt. This shouldn't take too much time -- once they log back over, the leader who is still in the instance invites the alt, and you kill Coren.

I recommend engaging Coren immediately once the group invite happens to the alt. The alt does not need to be present in BRD to get the loot / exp.

It's also important to note that it only works once -- maybe once per day, but I haven't had a chance to test it after reset happens.

Also, the player who left the group at the beginning is going to get the 30min deserter debuff, so even if you could do it repeatedly over and over you'd still have to sit that debuff out.

Doing this now for 2 days with all my alts, a free level (or more) + 2 Frost emblems + a chance for the mounts

Ok, yea, i know the 40+ shit has been posted for brewfest boss....

I was messing around with it earlier with a few alts, I decided to try it with my level 1 bank alt.

Voila... Instant level 10 + 2 frost badges.

How to do it.
Get 2 buddies. Have both of them check leader on the LFG tool.
You drop group.
They Q up for brewfest boss.
They get in dungeon, whichever buddy doesnt have group lead drops group.
The other buddy invites you.
You stand around in org and /dance.
Kill the boss.
Instant level 10.
Profit?

I agree 100% with Reflection.

So many Ban Hammers went out for the last Brewfest exploit. My characters had the items deleted from their inventory, anyone who participated with me also had their items removed - We up getting banned for most of Brewfest and came back with just enough time to bust my tail ram riding to finish the achievements. Needless to say I was not very popular with my friends for a while For many of them it was their first ban, and losing their Brewfast mount was pretty painful.

Uhh doesn't seem to be working for me. :/ Can someone tell me if I'm doing it wrong?

1. Me and my friend both level 80 queue for Coren (him being leader)
2. We get inside, and I leave and logon to my alt, and he invites me.
3. They all kill Coren while I idle at my alt's login location

Afterwards I get nothing, at all. Tried this twice with my lvl 80 main and alt, now I have to wait 30 minutes before trying again.
