Tried this yesterday with a mate from my guild, kited him to the northbank and spammed for a while.
Maybe it's only working on EU - servers now?

It's not fixed, it's just people don't know how to do it properly.

I spammed the holy crap out of the sewers. I got into a duel on the edge of the sewers, went and tagged the Alliance version of the mob, kited him back to the sewer (which took several tried of me casting MC and him leashing as I moved closer and closer to the sewers), and then I just spammed my buddy/duel partner with the auto attack. It was really great!
