Sethekk Halls Trick (Hunter)

Well I was recently in Sethekk Halls on my rogue, and this hunter wanted a pet from sethekk halls (one of the elite birds that fly around by mobs) so we tamed it and noticed if you tame the beasts it takes off some extra damage (not that sethekk is hard). So im just assuming this would work in any instance with beasts

I dont get it, you tame a mob in a instance... and then what?

I'm guessing he means..tame the mob as a sort of CC, which completely removes the need to have to fight it.

yes exactly, i did this in Underbog accidentally. You can also remove the mob completely if u abandon it (that's wat i did)

In 10 seconds you should have already been able to kill it... Not to mention, it would require you to lose the dps of your pet. If you want to CC a beast, just use "scare beast".

Wing clip ? Concussive shot, also try to scare beast him when your back it at the other mobs, normally he will run then from you, to the clear zone.

I have noticed that enslaving the demons in Heroic Blood Furnace gives them the chains around 'em, and reduces their damage, but that it does in fact NOT enslave them. Just a nice -damage as they hit hard enough.

I'm gonna try that, it's pretty clever (though not terribly useful XD)
