    maybe there are other factors but i noticed only two
    1) position of the player who tries to reproduce the glitch
    Another player tried to stay close to me but we failed to reproduce it this way
    2) no melee close to her
    As you can see melee stand as far as possible, if they come closer the glitch will fail
    And that was enough to reproduce it multiple times from raid to raid.
