Deviate Fish as Alliance!

Hey,
Just a small contribution, I have never had anything worth posting before but this is pretty cool. Deviate fish are pretty valuable, and on my server can EASILY be sold for 10g a stack as Alliance. The problem is, the barrens are pretty inacessible to the Alliance, it takes a long time to get there. The solution is looking for a PUG to WC - volunteering for every role makes it go a lot faster - and immediately getting yourself killed once you find a group. Rez at the spirit healer and you are an easy minute or two from the deviate fish pool! Find a spot where you will aggro no mobs (There are a few, you might want to watch for 30 mins or so the first time you try just to make sure it is safe). From there you can fish, or even bot, until your bags are full, then hearth back. Doing this, I have 300 fishing and around 500 gold on my lvl 21 paladin, just from fishbotting for a few hours.

Tldr:
1) Find a PUG to WC.
2) Die.
3) Release and rez at the spirit healer.
4) Make the short journey to the fishing pools.
5) Find a spot where no mobs can get to you.
6) Fish until your bags are full, optionally dumping all low-value catches, then hearth back and sell.
7) ???
Profit!

Well I kinda thought that dying/rezzing to get out of a PUG was an exploit, but apologies if it should be somewhere else, could a mod move it please?

Just an FYI, you don't actually have to fish in the pools in the barrens.

Deviate fish have a 1/3 chance of being caught INSIDE the wailing caverns instance.... so you could just use a fishbot as soon as your group finishes wailing caverns.

You won't be killed by horde, and you don't have to keep running around looking for pools, and you don't have to tick off your group by leaving, and you can do it afk instead of having to pay attention, and since you're inside an instance nobody can catch you botting.

This is a guide, not an exploit.

The exploit is using the dungeon finder system as a means of transporting yourself to the barrens. Blizz tried to make it so that when you leave the dungeon you are right back where you started.

I've been using this for allmost 1 month.

Bought the [Recipe: Savory Deviate Delight] for 3000g, and now im making tons of gold.

20 x Savory Deviate Delight (1 stack) = 58.5g on my server, and i can fish up to 36-40 stacks a night, and when im at school, also 36-40 stacks.

Thats 4680g a day, so I've reached gold cap on 2 characters by this tactic. I have 3 x 6-tabbed guildbanks filled with this, and i can tell you all, that this is paying off good!

Bull%*^$ Iv fish botted them for ages, i even have a screen shot of my with 1k of them in my bags.

You can't sell that many in day more like you will make 400g if you don't flood the market witch with 36 stacks it will, and people will under cut you.

It's max at like 600g on Alliance and 200g on Horde. You're server sounds like they've been puffin too much BC bud mate. :yuck:

Naw, he's likely just on a lower populations server. I'm on Farstriders and it cost 1k on mine horde side.
