This is for live servers. Pretty much, find someone with the old Call to Arms bg daily in their quest log. Since that quest is no longer available to get from the quest giver, you must make sure you have a partner to do it. Simply trade it back and forth with each other everyday, if you have alts, i suggest you share the quest for you alt to hold onto so that it will always be there. This allows you to complete the daily on your preferred toon and still have the quest. it may be a hassle to swap characters to share the daily everyday, but it seems worth it for an extra 25 arena pts and 2.8k honor.

The quest no longer exists, but you are still able to turn it in and share it like any regular quest. Blizzard removed the Call to Arms PVP Daily. Call to Arms is currently what we know as BG weekend.

Presumably because the quest is no longer available so you're not supposed to do it, and by switching back and forth you're preventing the system from removing it.
