Vendor Honor and Arena Points

I was wondering if it is at all possible to make a vendor sell Honor and Arena points?

I have a small server, and doing BG's, Arena's PVP etc would be a hassle for most the people. But they would like to be able to have the gear from it, even though it's PvP.

Now I don't wanna cheat and just sell it to them easy, I want them to work for it.

So I was wondering if vendors could sell Honor/Arena points? I got my vendors to sell Honor Marks easily, but do not know how to sell honor/arena points.

If it is possible, a good tut would be awesome. Thanks

I don't think its possible. But you could make a quest for it instead.
