Is it possible to have your main account that recruits the "free" account to get banned? And is it possible that the credit card you use to upgrade the free account and then cancel to get in trouble or get charged?

Read the fine-print . The accounts are linked and you both gain triple experience as long as you are both the same level, grouped together, and in range of each other. If you are both different levels, the lower level individual will get the triple experience.

What's the problem? On your main account, you make a level 1. You recruit the new account, and you're both level 1. You stay grouped together, and quest, or get dungeon runs. No problem there.

No no, because you never get the upgrade. Blizzard have made so you can continue to gain levels directly after ordering the upgrade so you won't have to wait. But you can not whisper, trade or talk in trade. Then they will simply lock your account and wait for you to unlock it. You do not get a real standard account, so you so not do anything illegal. Still, use at your own risk.

Probably not chickensoup, they'll prob see it as you recruiting your friend them him changing his mind about playing or something, they wouldn't ban you because your friend did something stupid XD.

If you cancel the payment, you will not be charged.

And dont say +rep if you dont give any.

i dont think anyone here is going to give you stolen credit card details, and put both of you at risk of jail.
That definatly is illegal.
use ur mums card, and if she gets charged tell her to ring bank and get it reversed. say she never gave you permission.
