With the new patch the drop rate of the Blue Drake seems to be bugged, either that or i just got insanely lucky.. get them while they are hot!

Need confirmations on this, go run the worst heroic in the game for me to see if it drops kthx!

Random drop is random. No exploit here. You just got lucky. Reported for closure.
