Minor Shaman Earth shield expliot

I have noticed you can use Earth Shield on a person in your party or raid, then Switch specs and it wont come off the person in your party or raid until it has been dispelled or ran out of stacks
Could be handy before a boss fight and you don't have a healing shaman in raid
but have one as off-spec.

I tried this twice to make sure it worked on two different people.

It is... When u switch specs its supposed to drop all buffs u did. Kinda useful.

jonnyc55, an exploit is an expoit, no matter if its minor or not... and by posting an exploit, yes even a minor expoint, you are contributing, as this is an exploit forum.

I'm quite sure it only removes buffs from yourself and not if cast on others, when you respec - it'll probably be a tad problematic if the game was to go over all people you've cast buffs on (be it unique to a spec or not).

Switching specs will change anything with > your < character.
Casting a buff from another spec on someone else, and then switching spec, will not result in a change to another player.

Using upon yourself it will.

When respeccing as a paladin, it will drop blessings made on other players, regardless of if they're talented or baseline

Also the buff Focus Magic (mage) stays after respec, at least it did the last time I was raiding (2-3 months ago).
