Seems the old fishing pool trunks are bugged and you can recieve a random dress from them, which you need a black one for the achieve.

i noticed while talking to my friend and decided to fish in a pool on westfall coast.

maybe handy for low levels that cant farm many bracelets or someone who just wants to powerfish a dress up.

Tbh i don't think will make a mistake like this.

I wouldnt bother to rep farm, if i was to do that i'd make up something that grabs everyones attention as most seem to rep without reading, not about a dress.

you will notice the char in the pic has 1 bag and no addons on except 2 white squares, thats because its being piggybacked by the druid also in the pic, its botting with raf linked, i was talking to the friend also in the group while recieveing xp when i decided to fish.

i picked up fishing while running through sw on way to westfall.

believe me that char has done no quests or even been near the valentines vendor.

also why wouldnt they make a mistake like this? ive seen a lot worse than a random dress from a box

Fished up 2 trunks, no dress at all.

maybe i just got lucky and its meant to be in there, then put 2+2 together and made 27 :P

my second box had bolts of wool and leather in, then no more boxs as i got rumsey black label and stranglekelp/
