I'll ask again... How come the quest isn't appearing for me? I have gone to the correct NPC's and scanned through the web but it still doesn't explain why I can't pickup the quest.. >_>

if youre not phaseing then i think you gotta do the argent tournament questline.

but you dont need to be on the quest.. theres a lance rack right next to the mounts.

This does work, you need to have the quest which has killing the skeletons as an objective, and not the 3 Commanders one.

If ur an aoe class like a paladin id say you get more per minute from kartaks hold in Sholazar basin where the circle of mobs are you get about 8 lovely charms every time they respawn and they respawn usually within a minute or two this killing the skeltons is too much bother with all the commanders and lutienants about.

Not true, I got the quest to kill 3 Commanders and I get charms just fine.
