Permanent Shadowmeld

Recently I was in OLD IF, shadow melded and casted at the same time and this happened


So far I've only got this to work while in Old Ironforge.
I could move, cast etc

I vaguely recollect seeing something along the lines of this posted before (I'm not screaming "repost" btw ).
I think the conclusion of that post was that it is client sided only. Can't say 100% but they seem quite similar as far as I remember.

Can you get out of Old Ironforge at all whilst still bugged? Otherwise try getting a friend down there to see if it's like that on his end.

I got out using the xyzr hack from this forum, and could walk past any mob without being attacked, although any loading screen will cancel this affect

This happened to me once while I was in Darnasus. The only thing I remember about it was that I didn't start moving until after the cooldown was over which is when I noticed that it wasn't removing shadowmeld from me.

Sounds really cool, thought the loading screen thing sucks so you cant really get any benefit from this

i have had this happen to me multiple times, its only a model glitch any ur not actually stealthed, so basicaly has the same effects as drinking the etheral oil (?) that alchemists make

Iv known this bug for AGESSSS all u gota do is spam move left to right and spam shadowmeld while moving left and right fast and it should bug out

If this is under the effect of the Xyzr hacks, then this can't be considered an exploit tho.
But again, if it isn't, it's awesome!
Anyone able to check this out? Don't have any nelf atm
