This took me a wile to figure out where the different zones are to fly into each one to fly in dal but once u do it a few times its easy

There are also 3 places that I know of that will remove the debuff for a moment. The one is right above the well that leads to the sewers, one right within the pillars of the entrance to the flight point, and the other is directly within the hallway leading to the ports to the major cities. I usually fly around the streets hitting all of them which gives you that feeling as if there is no fly restriction.

So I just got into the eventide but my post count isn't high enough to wrap images. I will post an image next.

Also, I've discovered a trick to it. You need to fly just a bit higher than you think you do. I found my self constantly cutting it short but you need to go past where you think is high enough for about 1 more second then go down. You don't have to go straight down, just get under the wall where it would normally give you the buff. I flew up out of the beer garden over the bank wall and down into the area.

Lol don't worry about the rep.. I dunno what it is, or what it does. I never post here.. just thought I'd be helpful because I know things like this can be a giant pain and I have a lot of fun with it. I'm actually able to get into each individual zone in Dal without problem. I'm working on getting in between the sewer entrances.
