Doesn't always work but if you spam a NS healing touch macro alot of the time you will get another insta healing touch after the NS is used. :wave:

it does work! I've noticed this since 3.3 release and... i know i know no speculating, but für me it seems to work more often if I'm jumping (in die air^^)

You should test this out with a macro, something like below and spam it to your hearts content. Does sound pretty nifty.

Would the same apply to Wrath for a fair bit of burst? Do Balance DPS specs usually take NS?

Will this work for Shaman spells similarly?
