so the thing your seeing is the "gearscore" addon which uses item levels different from the wow item levels to determine a total score..... this is not an item level but a gearscore

Normal item tooltips don't state the item quality.

Even if the itemlevel suddenly is changed to 245, it doesnt really matter since the stats is unchanged.

Actually, yes they do. That is color blind mode in wow's built in interface options.

Colorblind mode. You can turn it on and off in the in-game options. Same thing with displaying of the itemlevel.

on my realm it's working as always, ilevel 110, requires level 70, equipable by level 70 characters
