They're from rep+a quest but on wowhead it lists the min lvl required to complete them as 'unknown' ??

Could be worth looking into, but probably not obtainable, because a pair of 277 rings on a level 19 in a battleground would be too much fun.

That's only if you can port into higher level raids with the 'randungeon teleport trick', if it hasn't been stomped on yet. That and pay a rep farm raid a significant amount of gold to get invited.

As raids don't work with the LFG tool, your post is redundant.

I did this instance a few times yesterday on my main character, first on Normal to get attuned to heroic and then on heroic difficulty.
When grinding the normal difficulty MGT my reputation went from honored to Revered and continued climbing towards Exhalted. This means its possible to go to revered reputation without doing any quest or heroic dungeon - all one needs to do is find a way to bring a low level char into the dungeon.

Great find, but unfortunately a lowbie can't enter any instance that has a heroic difficulty regardless of whether or not it's on normal or heroic. I tried on my 11 rogue and 16 priest (had the lfg tool unlocked) and the tele option is there but it gives you an error: "Normal difficulty mode is not available for Magister's Terrace". Still give you credit for thinking outside of the box.
