How to do this: Stand in the location shown (if video is removed, the spot is the far back left corner against the railing.

I would imagine that the tank cannot stand here, or the encounter will reset. However, others could stack there. This has to do with the fact that this area is no longer considered part of Putricides House of Horrors (or whatever the 'subzone' is named). When you're in the right spot you will see the zone-change message for entering The Plagueworks, as shown at 4:58.

If it was an actual exploit im pretty sure they would of stood there every time.
